Development of Fine Grain Cast Vacuum Furnace about Mold Agitation Process

摘要 北京航空材料研究院研究制造了我国第一台铸型搅动工艺细晶铸造真空炉。在该细晶铸造真空炉上,可用铸型搅动法浇注整体细晶涡轮,其晶粒尺寸为ASTM2-3级;也可浇注双性能涡轮,即轮毂和辐板为ASTM2-3级的细晶粒,而叶片为ASTMM7-M8级的粗晶粒。 The first domestic fine grain cast vacuum furnace on mold agitation process has been developed successfully by Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials. Using this furnace, both integral fine grain turbine wheels, whose grain size grade are in the range of ASTM2 ̄3, and dual properties turbine wheels, whose hub are of ASTM2 ̄3, yet blades are of ASTM M7 ̄M8 grain size grade, can be obtained by use of mold agitation process.
