糖尿病患者血CD62p、高敏C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原的表达及临床意义

Serum CD62p, hs-CRP and fibrinogen levels in the diabetes patients and their clinical significances for predicting diabetes prognosis

摘要 目的研究糖尿病患者外周血CD62p与血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平,探讨这些指标的临床意义。方法流式细胞技术测定65例糖尿病患者(DM组)外周血CD62p,乳胶增强免疫透射比浊法测定hs-CRP,Clauss法测定Fib,并与30例正常对照(NC组)比较。结果DM组血CD62p、hs-CRP及Fib水平均高于NC组(P<0.01);有血管病变组血CD62p、hs-CRP及Fib水平均高于无血管病变组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血小板活化程度高,特别是有血管病变组血CD62p、hs-CRP及Fib水平明显高于无血管病变组,提示血小板过度活化与血管病变、炎症反应相关,共同参与血栓形成;炎症反应加重血管病变。 Objective To study the levels of peripheral blood CD62p, hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and fibrinogen (Fib) in the diabetes patients and evaluate their effects on diabetes prognosis. Methods Patients with diabetes(n=65)and age-matched controls(n=30)were included in this study. Peripheral blood CD62p was determined by flow eytometric analysis. Scatter turbidimetry was used to measure the the serum level of hs-CRP in 65 diabetic patients and 30 controls. Results The expression levels of CD62p, the hs-CRP and Fib in patients with diabetes were obviously higher than in controls(P〈0.01). The expressions of CD62p, hs-CRP and Fib on admission in vascular disease group (including coronary disease, cerebral infarction, renal vascular disease)were significantly higher than those in non-vascular disease group, (all P〈0.05). Conclusions Platelet activation were observed in patients with diabetes. Both inflammatory factors and platelet activation lead to increasing Fib level, which might play the important roles in the development and prognosis of diabetes.
