血糖试纸酶技术及限制因素 被引量:3

摘要 DCCT试验显示,建立在血糖监测基础上的血糖强化控制可以预防和有效地控制糖尿病的微血管并发症。目前血糖监测主要依赖血糖仪来完成,因此,血糖仪及其试纸已经成为糖尿病患者控制血糖的重要工具。血糖试纸的核心技术是生物酶,由于不同的酶和辅酶有不同的特性,因此其检测的准确性、精确性、测量速度和对氧含量、药物、其他糖类物质的抗干扰能力也不尽相同。
