摘要
对45CrNi钢制大型轴承座圈滚道经中频淬火后产生的裂纹进行了宏观、微观的分析.结果表明:淬火裂纹的产生是由于淬火介质的浓度、温度过低造成的,淬火后软化带内产生淬火裂纹的倾向性严重.
The mid frenquent quench cracks of the bearing ring made of 45CrNi steel are studied.The results show that the quench craeks come of the relatively low density and temperature of quenching medium.After quenehing,the craeks inside soften zone tend to be serious
