山东省学校结核病健康教育效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation on school health education concerning tuberculosis in Shandong Province

目的了解山东省开展学校结核病健康教育与健康促进系列活动效果,为提高学生结核病防治知识知晓率、减少结核病在学校的暴发提供信息支持。方法2008年3月至2009年3月,随机抽取8个项目单位,在全部中学生中开展学校结核病健康教育与健康促进系列活动,了解活动的效果。并对每个项目地区随机抽取2个学校,每个学校随机抽取2个班级,对抽到班级的全体学生利用自制的问卷进行结核病相关知识询问式调查。结果以学校班级为单位结核病防治知识、政策和信息宣传教育覆盖率为100%;致家长一封信回收率为96.3%;7125个班级开展了不同形式的健康教育活动;学生结核病防治知识知晓率达到95%以上;每名学生把结核病防治知识传递给3名以上周围群众。结论在学校开展结核病健康教育与健康促进系列活动,强化了政府支持环境,加强了多部门合作,提高了结核病防治机构的主动性和学校对结核病防治的参与性,明显地提高了在校学生结核病防治知识的知晓率。

Objective To implement a series of health education and health promotion activities concerning tuberculosis in school,in order to improve the awareness rate of key messages on tuberculosis control and reduce likelihood of tuberculosis outbreak in school.Methods The project was carried out in high schools from eight counties of Shandong Province from March 2008 to March 2009.Two schools were randomly selected in each county and then two classes were recruited in each school.Results The class coverage rate of tuberculosis prevention and control with health promotion in school was 100%;the rate of core messages on tuberculosis control among students was more than 95%;each student spreaded core messages on tuberculosis control to more than 3 people.Conclusion To implement the project of health education and health promotion concerning tuberculosis in school,it＇s needed to improve initiative of tuberculosis control dispensary as well as participation of school,and then enhance obviously the rate of core messages on tuberculosis control.
