广西中小学校结核病健康教育状况调查

Analysis on tuberculosis health education in primary and middle schools of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

目的调查分析广西中小学校结核病健康教育工作效果,为更好地开展学校结核病健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取广西隆安县和扶绥县的教师209名、小学生420名、中学生770名进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果教师和中学生、小学生的结核病核心信息总知晓率分别为90.5%、88.0%和90.8%。部分教师忽视对在治结核病学生管理要求的信息,大部分学生对结核病治疗、用药及免费政策方面信息了解不多。主题班会、组织学生观看光碟和国旗下讲话这三种宣传活动在各试点学校中广泛开展。结论广西中小学校结核病健康教育工作取得较为满意的效果。今后应充分发挥教育资源的优势,多开展一些师生喜闻乐见的宣传活动,将结核病健康教育作为学校卫生的一项常规工作长期坚持。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of tuberculosis health education in primary and middle schools of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and provide the evidence for future work.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 210 teachers,420 primary school students and 787 middle school students in Longan County and Fusui County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region selected by cluster sampling.Results The core TB knowledge awareness of teachers,primary school students and middle school students were 90.5%,88.0%,and 90.8% respectively.Some teachers neglected the information of managing TB students,and most students get fewer information of TB therapy,medication and the policies of free treatments.The activities of holding theme meetings,gathering students to watch compact disks and speaking under the national flag were extensively carried out.Conclusion The activities which are favored by teachers and students should be more carried out and the tuberculosis health education should be done on a regular basis at school.
