Luo Gui is a very important figure in the research on the immigration history of Zhujixiang.Luo Gui was the leader of immigrants from there and Liangxi Village where he later settled became the cultural and psychological epicenter of Zhujixiang emigrants.Luo Gui s ＂legend＂ which exists in the Luo clan genealogy and genealogies of other clans and among the folks has aroused widespread attention of experts and scholars.Exploring the cultural significance of Luo Gui s ＂legend＂ is of great significance to the study of Zhujixiang emigration culture and the whole Lingnan （Guangdong） culture.
