立足于浙江电子政府公共服务的实际,以具体的数据较详细评测了浙江省电子政府公共服务水平,即基本处于双向互动阶段。围绕过程集成机制、信息共享机制和混合机制三方面,采取理论、实际结合论述分析了代表性城市的电子政府公共服务的运行机制。并提出了进一步发展的对策:优化公共服务、发展电子民主、加强资源整合。

Rased on the actual E-government public serviees of Zhejiang provicne, it＇s evaluated E-government public services level in detail with specific data of the Zhejiang Province, the result is at the stage of two-way interaction basically. Around process integration mechanisms, information sharing mechanism and mixing mechanism, combination of theory and actual, analysing the representation of the city＇s E-government operational mechanism of public services. And put forward the further development of the countermeasures ： optimizing of public services, developing electronic democracy and strengthening the Resource Integration.
