摘要
EXCEL电子表格的数据筛选统计功能是非常强大的,给我们的工作带来了方便,但要实现某些复杂的筛选统计工作可能无法用常规方法实现,如我们要从几十万条工资信息中筛选出指定人员的工资数据,用常规的方法费时费力,而且容易出错,在实践中,我们运用EXCEL的VBA功能实现了数据的高级筛选,提高了工作效率和工作质量。
The Statistical Filtering Function of Excel performsa powerful data analysis and brings convenience to our office work. However, with the conventional methods, it is not able to deal with complex statistical screening. For instance, it would be time-consuming, laborious, and also prone to error to filter the designated salary data through tens of thousands of salary data entries with those conventional methods. This research found that the VBA Function of Excel could achieve the advanced statistical filtering which improves the efficiency and effectiveness of office work in practice.
