论华北人民政府时期婚姻法的价值取向

On the Value Orientation of the Marriage Law in the Time of People's Government of North China

华北人民政府成立后没有制定统一的婚姻法,而是根据情况灵活适用晋察冀和晋冀鲁豫两大边区原有的婚姻条例,同时针对新时期出现的新问题做出补充性解释和说明,在秉承发展中确立了平等自由的婚姻法价值取向。华北人民政府施行的婚姻法规忠实地践行着男女平等、婚姻自由的价值取向,在实施过程中取得了良好的社会效应。

People＇ s Government of North China did not formulate a unified Marriage Law, but flexibly applied the existing marriage ordinance applicable to the two areas of Shanxi - Chahar - Hebei border areas and Shanxi - Hebei - Shandong - Henan border areas. The new issues arising were addressed by making some supplements to the existing marriage ordinance. Gender equality and freedom in marriage were established to be the value orientation of the marriage law at that time. In the period, the marriage law and regulations loyally followed the value of gender equality and freedom in marriage, achieving good social effect in the implementation of the law.
