摘要
卫生政策系统综述根据研究目的可以分为描述性系统综述、效果评价系统综述和解释原因系统综述,不同类型的系统综述其纳入研究的质量评价方法不同,描述性系统综述是否需要进行质量评价没有定论,效果评价系统综述可以遵照Cochrane评价方法,解释原因系统综述可以按照定性研究质量评价方法。
Health policy systematic reviews could be categorized descriptive systematic reviews, evaluative systematic reviews and interpretative systematic reviews by research purpose. Methods of assessing the quality of the researches which systematic reviews included are different. For descriptive systematic reviews, whether it needs to be done is still on debate. As to the evaluative systematic reviews, they can follow Cochrane method. And for the interpretative systematic reviews, the quality of the researches can be assessed by validity and relevance.
