山东省肺结核患者确诊费用及其影响因素研究

Investigate on the Status of Treatment Expenses and Analysis its Influence Factors in Shandong Province

目的:了解山东省肺结核患者确诊费用情况,并分析其影响因素,为患者规范诊疗提供参考依据,降低肺结核患者的确诊费用。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取山东省共6个县(区),对其境内所有肺结核患者进行问卷调查。结果:山东省肺结核患者确诊费用的中位数为500.00元,单因素结果显示患者在文化程度、当地经济状况、初诊单位、初次诊断和确诊单位(共5个因素)上的差异具有统计学意义,初诊间隔、确诊间隔和就诊次数与确诊费用存在相关关系。多因素结果显示,初诊单位、初次诊断的结论,确诊时间和确诊单位对于肺结核患者的就诊费用的影响具有统计学意义。结论:加强对乡村医生结核病相关知识的培训,减少患者的就诊次数,有效降低肺结核患者的疾病负担。

Objective： To well understand the status of treatment expenses, and analysis its influence factors, so it can provide information for the treatment standard and reduce the treatment expense. Methods： The method of stratified-cluster-random sampling was used in this study. 819 TB patients of 6 counties were conducted a questionnaire survey. Results： 819 TB patients were investigated, the median of the treatment expenses is 500.00 yuan. The result of ingle-variable analysis show that education, local economic conditions, initial unit, initial diagnosis, diagnosis unit were in statistical sense, and initial lime, diagnosis interval and the number of treatment have the correlativity with treatment expense. The multivariate analysis show that initial unit, initial diagnosis, initial time, diagnosis unit were in statistical sense. Conclusion： We should strengthen the directly train of the rural and village patients, and reduce the number of treatment, so it can effective reduce the disease burden of TB patients.
