浙江省公立中医医院补偿机制分析

Analysis on Compensation Mechanism of Public TCM Hospitals in Zhejiang Province

通过政府财政投入、医疗服务价格、药品收支成本3方面,对浙江省中医院近几年补偿机制进行探讨分析,提出政府财政投入是坚持中医药发展方向的重要保障,增加中医特色项目与调整价格是直接补偿的重要方式,出台鼓励使用中医药等政策是重要的补偿途径等建议。

By analysing compensation mechanism of public TCM hospitals in Zhejiang province, including government input, medical service price, drug income and expenditure in recent years, this paper tables several proposals： sufficient government input is an main guarantee for TCM development; to add some TCM characteristic projects and adjust TCM service prices are two impurtant direct compensation methods; to work out,and promulgate policies stimulating the use of TCM is another key way to benefit TCM hospitals.
