摘要
阐述了对水体中NO-2采用高效离子色谱分离、紫外光度检测的新方法。即在离子色谱分离柱对水体中主要阴离子进行分离的基础上,利用NO-2(包括NO-3)在紫外光区有吸收,而Cl-、SO2-4等离子在此区间无吸收的原理,有效地消除了在使用电导法检测NO-2时,由于浓度较高的Cl-和NO-2因树脂亲和力接近(保留时间相近)而产生对NO-2测定的干扰,使离子色谱法检测NO-2的适用领域大为拓宽。加标回收率为97%~102%,方法检出限(3δ)为0.0008μg/ml,相对标准偏差为1.18%。
A new method to determine NO-2 in water solution by high effective ion chromatograph separation & ultraviolet light is described.By separating the main anion in water solution by ion chromatographic separation colum,and using the principle that NO-2(including NO-3) has absorbtion while Cl- & SO2-4 ion have no absorbtion at the ultraviolet area,the interference due to the close resin affinities(almost the same retaining time) of Cl- & NO-2 with higher concentration on the NO-2 determination is eliminated with good effect,when determining NO-2 by conductometry,so that the suitable area of determining NO-2 by ion chromatograph is largely extended.The method is provided with a standard recovery of 97%~102%,a detection limit(3δ) of 0.0008 μg/ml,a relative standard deviation of 1.18% and a good linear in the concentration range from 10 μg/L ̄100 mg/L.
