This paper describes the mode of the integrated production plan management for Steel Tube Company(STC) & Electric Arc Furnace Mill(EAFM).It also discusses the realization of the static design,dynamic tracking,rolling adjustment and real time material complementarity in connection with the whole production process of EAFM,CCM(continuous casting machine) and STC.
