江西金山金矿区是韧性剪切带变质热液型金矿床新类型，矿物组成简单，属低硫化物型，黄铁矿是最主要的金属矿物和载金矿物，自然金成色高，是唯一的金矿物和有用组份，粗、细颗粒金相伴存在。

Jin Shan gold field is a new type of metamorphic hydrothermal gold deposit within the tough shear zone.The mineral composition is simple which belong to low sulfide type.Pyrite is the main metallic mineral and gold carrier mineral.The fineness of native gold is high which is the only one kind of gold mineral and valued constituent.The fine and coarse gold exist associatively.
