M16、M17捕收剂对提高伴生金、银回收率的试验研究

An experimental study on the improvements of the recovery rates of associated gold and silver by using M16 and M17 collectors

Ｍ１６、Ｍ１７属于Ｍ系列新型捕收剂。根据凤凰山铜矿选矿厂矿石性质及工艺特点，确定以现场生产流程为基础，在半优先、混合浮选中用Ｍ１６、Ｍ１７代替原生产中用的ＯＳＮ４３号、丁基铵黑药。通过小型试验、工业试验及生产试用结果表明，不仅可提高金、银、铜回收率为６５％、４３９％、０３６％，而且能确保铜精矿品位，每年多创经济效益２００万元以上。

M16 and M17 are new collectors which belong to M-series. According to the raw ore property and the characteristic of the technological process in the ore dressing plants of Feng Huang Shan Copper Mine, M16 and M17 have been defined to replace OSN 43 # and (C 4H 4O) 2 PSSNH 4 which were used in semi selective flotation and bulk flotation ,basing on the spot technological process .Experimental and industrial tests and the trials in production show that after using M16 and M17, the increments of recovery rates of gold ,silver and copper are respectively 6.5 per cent ,4.39 per cent and 0.36 per cent. This will be able to ensure the copper grade of copper concentrate .Further more ,a profit of over two million yuans(RMB$) one year is quite promising
