摘要
采用机械共混法制备淀粉/白炭黑/粉末SBR(PSBR)复合材料,研究淀粉/白炭黑用量比对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着淀粉/白炭黑用量比的增大,淀粉/白炭黑/PSBR复合材料邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,抗湿滑性能提高,滚动阻力和耐热空气老化性能呈下降趋势。
A starch/silica/powdered SBR(PSBR) composite was prepared by mechanical blending method,and the effects of the blending ratio of starch/silica on the properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that as the blending ratio of starch/silica increased,the Shore A hardness,modulus,tensile strength and tear strength of the starch/silica/PSBR composite increased at first and then decreased,the wet skid resistance improved,the rolling resistance and hot air aging property tended to decrease.
