报告了临沭县白毛、韩村两乡镇一起出血热暴发的调查情况,根据流行季节、流行特征及疫区鼠肺抗原检测结果,确定为一起由家鼠引起的出血热暴发。主要传染源是村内的褐家鼠及小家鼠,感染场所主要在室内,发病对象多数为从事农业生产的青壮年,10～30岁年龄组发病占74.12％,男女发病之比为0.93:1。在今后的出血热预防工作中,除搞好野外灭鼠外,村内的灭鼠工作亦应引起高度重视。

The proportion between men's and women's incidences of this disease is 0.93:1. In the future's prevention of hemorrhagic fever, still more attention should be paid to killing rats indoors besides killing mice in the open.
