摘要 分析轮胎在不平路面的动力学特性,对用于不平路面仿真的轮胎模型进行系统介绍,并采用Abaqus软件建立三维轮胎有限元模型,分析在额定负荷条件下轮胎静态加载时带束层和胎体帘线受力变化的基本特征。结果表明,负荷对轮胎接地区域内帘线受力影响显著,而对钢丝圈的应力几乎没有影响。 The dynamic property of tire on uneven road was described,and different tire models for vehicle dynamics simulation on uneven road were introduced.A FEA model was established,and the fundamental characteristics of belt and carcass cords force under steady rated load were analyzed.The results showed that the distribution of cord force was especially affected in the vicinity of contact zone,and the stress of steel wire bead was hardly affected.
