High Permeable Sol-Gel Hydrophobic Protective Coatings

溶胶-凝胶疏水防护涂料具有制备简便和性能卓越而得到广泛的应用。本文以有机硅为主要原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种高渗透溶剂型疏水防护涂料,用FTIR、TEM、SEM、DSC和TGA等进行了分析表征,研究了它的复合改性及其疏水防污性、硬度、附着力和防腐性和在玻璃、陶瓷、金属和水泥制品中的一些应用。

Sol-gel hydrophobic protective coatings have been widely used due to its easy preparation and excellent properties. A novel high permeable solvent-based hydrophobic protective coating was prepared with silicone as main raw material by sol-gel method and characterized by FTIR, TEM, SEM, DSC and TGA. Its compounded modification, hydrophobic anti-contamination, hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance and the its application to glass, ceramics, metal and cement products were investigated.
