气相色谱串联质谱法测定粮谷中16种有机磷农药残留量 被引量:13

Determination of Multiple Organophosphor Residues in Grains by GC-MS/MS Method

摘要 玉米、大米、糙米、小麦、荞麦试样用乙酸乙酯提取,经凝胶色谱和固相萃取柱净化,用气相色谱-串联质谱仪检测和确证,外标法定量。添加水平在0.002~0.50mg/kg时,回收率范围为78.4%~97.8%,相对标准偏差为9.7%~18.9%,测定低限为0.002mg/kg。 Corn,rice,brown rice,wheat and buckwheat sample were extracted with ethyl acetate,the extract was cleaned up by passing through gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and solid phase extraction (SPE) with one ENVI-Carb and one florisil column,and the final solution was determined by GC-MS/MS with external standard method. RSDs were 9.7-18.9% and recoveries were 78.4-97.8%. The limit of determination of this method was 0.002 mg/kg.
