水稻中腈苯唑残留量的气相色谱分析 被引量:6

摘要 建立了水稻中的腈苯唑残留分析方法。采用丙酮提取样品中的腈苯唑,二氯甲烷萃取,气相色谱带氮磷检测器(NPD)进行测定。结果表明:水稻植株、稻壳和稻米中腈苯唑的添加回收率分别为87.34%~92.55%、93.14%~95.67%和87.33%~93.36%,变异系数分别为2.80%~3.44%、2.87%~7.08%和2.55%~5.45%;腈苯唑在水稻植株、稻壳和稻米中的最小检出量均为2.34×10-11g,最低检出质量分数均为0.004mg/kg。 Analytical method of residues for fenbuconazole in rice was established. Fenbuconazole residues in the samples were extracted by acetone and extracted by dichloromethane,and determined by GC equipped with a NPD detector. The results showed that the average recoveries were 87.34-92.55% for plants,93.14-95.67% for rice hull and 87.33-93.36% for rice respectively. The coefficient of variation were 2.80-3.44%,2.87-7.08%,2.55-5.45%. The minimum detectable level in standard samples was 2.34×10^-11 g,the lowest detectable concentration was 0.004mg/kg.
