鱼体中残留氰戊菊酯提取条件优化及动力学 被引量:1

摘要 研究了提取鱼体中的残留氰戊菊酯的影响条件及动力学模型。结果表明:氰戊菊酯的最佳提取条件为石油醚-乙酸乙酯体积比85.4∶14.6,pH值7.5,温度24.7℃,提取率可达85%。同时构建了对氰戊菊酯的提取率同振荡提取时间之间的动力模型。 Impact conditions and dynamics model of extracting residual fenvalerate in fish. The results showed that extracting rate was 85% with the mixture of ethyl acetate and sherwood oil and radio was 85.4:14.6,pH was 7.5,temperature was 24.7 °C. And established mathematic model of extracting rate with oscillation time.
