准周期光子的透射率对不同偏振态的波长和角度响应 被引量:1

摘要 利用传输矩阵法,计算了含左手材料的一维准周期光子晶体的透射率对P和S两个偏振态的波长和角度响应。结果表明:当入射角θ≤10°时,透射率对P和S两个偏振态的波长响应完全一致;而入射角较大时,上述响应有明显的差异,入射角越大,差异越明显。在5种单色光的入射下,其透射率对两个偏振态的角度响应,在入射角θ较小和较大的两个角区间内基本一致,且入射光波长越短,响应相同的区间越大。 The response between wavelength and angular of transmittance of quasi-periodic 1-D photonic crystal with left-handed materials for different polarizations was calculated by transfer matrix method. The results show:when the incidence angle θ≤10°, wavelengh response of band gaps for P and S two polarizations are the same;but when the incidence angle is lager, the response above will be significant different ,the greater the incidence angle is, there will be more obvious different. When there are 5 kinds of monochromtic incident light, the angular response of band gaps for two polarizations are basically the same when incidence angle is greater or less and the shorter the wavelength of incident light, the greater the response to the same interval.
