The purposes of the OGI Regulations are to realize the protection of the public＇ s right to know,right to participate and right to supervise,its serving people objective and principle for people＇ s convenience are light spots in the basic principle system ; According to the annual report, there are some problems demanding prompt solution during the implementation of OGI Regulations. While the OGI Regulations are implemented, it is also supposed to take all of problems seriously and solve them in good ways and make full use of the OGI Regulations.
