人工流产的问题看似现代,实则历史久远,人工流产法律规制的轨迹是曲折前进的,但法律对其规制的每一次变化都见证了人对自己的认识和理解,其涉及人的定义和对生命的评价,反映了每个时代人类的价值观念。
Abortion problem is not only a modern problem but also a historical topic. Though the trail of its legal regulation is always a curved one, the regulation keeps moving forward and every change of it witnessed our understanding of ourselves. The regulation refers to the definition of human being and the evaluation of life. It reflects value of human beings in every period of time.
