刺激乳房促宫颈成熟30例临床分析

STIMULATE BREASTS TO BRING ABOUT UTEROCERVICAL MATURATION—CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 30 CASES

采用ZRA—Ⅰ型自动催生按摩器刺激乳房促宫颈成熟30例与对照组30例临床比较,刺激组按摩3天,3日内分娩者占58％,对照组13％。自然临产天数较对照组明显缩短,产后流血发生率及宫缩乏力发生率也明显减少。用该法促宫颈成熟,简便易行具有一定临床价值。

This paper analyses the clnical data of 30 cases of the stimulating group and 30 cases of the control group. In the stimulating group, ZRA-I-type automatic parturition massors were used to massage breasts for 3 days to bring about uterocervical maturation, those who gave births within 3 days accounting for 58%. In the control group, those who gave births within 3 days accounted for 13%. The duration of natural parturition of the stimulating group was much shorter than that of the control group. The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage and uterine atony was much reduced. This method of bringing about uterocervical maturation is quite simple and easy to be carried out.
