国际社会提倡将减贫工作纳入世界发展以来,特别是20世纪80年代至今,中国与非洲国家在减贫领域都有程度不同的收效。中国是最大的发展中国家,非洲是发展中国家最为集中的大陆,二者在减贫领域的合作无疑会推动国际减贫事业的发展。中非双方在减贫过程积累了各具特色的经验,可资相互借鉴。

As the largest developing country and the continent with a host of developing countries,China and Africa,when engaging in cooperation in the field of poverty alleviation,will certainly make great contribution to the development of international poverty alleviation cause.The experience gained by China and Africa in the course may be varied,but can be compared and learned from one and another.
