The Procuratorate establishes the system of adminstratorship to deepen the procuratorate＇s exterior adminstration and to solve the procuratorate＇s transactional problems concerning direct investigation of cases, which practice exhibits the system＇s positive values and exposes the system＇s design disfigurements to serve the purposes of continual exploration, improvement and perfection for better enforcement and protection of equity and justice.
