毛细管GC法测定烧伤喷雾剂中冰片的含量

Determination of Borneo Camphor in Empyrosis Spray by GC

目的:建立毛细管GC法测定烧伤喷雾剂中冰片含量测定方法。方法:采用DB-WAX毛细管柱,FID检测器,石油醚(60～90℃)为溶剂。结果:平均回收率为95.8%;RSD为0.51%。结论:该方法可有效控制烧伤喷雾剂的任务。

Objective： A capillary GC method was established for the determination of Borneo Camphor in petroleum ether（60 -90 ℃ ）. A DB-WAX capillary column was used with FID as detector and acetoacetate as the solvent. The average recovery was 95.8% with RSD 0. 51%.
