摘要
目的采用紫外分光光度法测定锁阳中的熊果酸的含量。方法用5%香草醛、冰醋酸和高氯酸显色,在波长548 nm处测定吸收度。结果测定的线性范围为3.99-9.97μg,相关系数R=0.9997,测定熊果酸的平均回收率为为100.12%,RSD=1.28%。结论本法操作简便、可行、重现性好。结果表明不同产地锁阳药材熊果酸含量差别较大,新疆野生锁阳中熊果酸含量最高。
Aim To determine the ursolic acid in Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.Methods Using 5% vanillin acetum and perchloric acid was used as color developer,pure ursolic acid as reference.The content of ursolic acid in different area of Cynomorium was determined by spectrophotometry at 548 nm.Results For ursolic acid the linear range was between 3.99-9.97 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 100.12%,and RSD was 1.28%.Conclusions The solution was stable,simple,easy,precise accurate and can be used in practical determination of ursolic acid in cynomorium. The content of ursolic acid Cynomorium from different regions was greaty different. That in xinjiang wild Cynomoriurn ursolic acid was the highest.
