摘要
目的建立HPLC测定吡罗昔康片的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.025 mmol.L^-1磷酸溶液(三乙胺调节pH=3.0)-乙腈(50∶35∶15)为流动相,柱温:22℃,检测波长为334 nm,流速1.0 ml.min^-1。结果吡罗昔康在0.0390-0.7792μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系(r=1.000 0);平均回收率为99.00%,RSD=0.41%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for piroxican in piroxican content determination of piroxican in piroxicam tablets by HPLC.Methods A Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column was used with methanol-0.025 mol·L-1 phosphoric acid(pH adjusted to 3.0 by triethylamine)-acetonitrile(50∶35∶15) as mobile phase at 22℃.The detecting wavelength was 334 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The linear range was 0.0390~0.7792 μg(r=1.000 0).The average recovery was 99.00%,with an RSD of 0.41%(n=6).Conclusion The metnod is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the quality control of this preparation.
