微生态制剂治疗老年真菌性肠炎临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of microecologics praeparatum in treating fugal enteritis in the aged

目的观察微生态制剂(培菲康,上海信谊药厂生产)治疗老年真菌性肠炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法采用平行对照研究方法,64例老年真菌性肠炎病人随机分为治疗组(n=34),与对照组(n=30),分别给予培菲康胶囊联合制霉菌素治疗和单用制霉菌素治疗。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94%、70%(P<0.025),不良反应发生率分别为8.82%、10%(P>0.05)。结论联合培菲康治疗老年真菌性肠炎疗效优于单一抗真菌治疗。

Aim To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of microecologics praeparatum（Peifeikang Capsule,Xinyi Pharmaceutical Factory of Shanghai）in treating the fugal enteritis in the aged.Methods A clinical study was conducted using parallel controlled method.Sixty four aged patients with fugal enteritis were randomly divided into treated group（n=34） and contrast group（n=30） treated respectively with Pefeikang capsule in combination with anticandine and with anticandine alone.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 94% and 70% respectively（ P 〈 0. 025 ）, and the adverse reaction occurrence rates for the two groups were 8.82% and 10% respectively （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The efficacy of combining microecologics praeparatum is better than that of anticandine used alone in treating fugal enteritis in the aged.
