米非司酮与利凡诺联合应用于中期引产的临床观察

Effect of combined use of mifepristone and rivanol on mid-term induced labor

目的观察利凡诺羊膜腔内注射配合口服米非司酮终止妊娠的效果。方法妊娠16-26周要求终止妊娠的孕妇320人,实验组165人先空腹口服米非司酮50 mg、25 mg交替1日2次口服（总量1盒,为25 mg×6片）第二天同时羊膜腔内利凡诺100 mg穿刺引产,对照组155人直接羊膜腔内利凡诺100 mg穿刺引产。结果与不服米非司酮单独利凡诺引产的患者相对比,服药组明显缩短产程,减少患者痛苦,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论利凡诺羊膜腔内注射配合口服米非司酮终止妊娠是一种简单、安全、有效、快速的终止妊娠的方法。

Aim To observe the labor-inducing effect of combined use of mifepristone and rivanol amniocentesis in mid-pregnancy.Methods 320 patients with pregnancy 16～26w who need to finish pregnancy were in this trial,and divided into 2 groups.Before they had a amniocentesis the 165 patients took mifepristone 50 mg,25 mg in turn bid with empty stomach daily（total one box,25 mg×6 tablets）,the other 155 patients did not use mifepristone.Results The group taking mifepristone could apparently shorten stage of labor and had reduced pain, compared with the group of non - taking mifepristone（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined amniocentesis injection of rivanol is an effective, safe, simple and quick method.
