细针抽吸细胞学检查诊断淋巴结转移癌158例分析

DIAGNOSIS OF METASTATIC CARCINOMAS IN LYMPH NODES BY CYTOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS WITH FINE-NEEDLE ASPIRATION-ANALYSIS OF 158 CASES

158例淋巴结转移癌,通过针吸细胞学检查诊断为腺癌97例(61.3％)、鳞癌30例(19.0％)、未分化癌12例(7.7％)、恶性黑色素瘤3例(1.9％)、其它类型恶性肿瘤16例(10.1％),与病理组织学对照,二者符合率为100.0％。针吸细胞学检查诊断淋巴结转移癌,准确率高,简便易行,并可指示临床查找原发病灶。

Of 158 patients with metastatic carcinomas in the lymph node diagnosed by needle-aspiration cytology, there were 97 cases of adenocarcinomas ( 61.3％ ) , 30 cases of squamous cell carcinomas ( 19.0％ ) , 12 cases undifferentiated carcinomas ( 7.7％ ) , 3 cases of malignant melanomas ( 1.9％ ) and 16 cases of malignant tumors of other types (10.0％ ) . The rate coincident with histopathology was 100％. Diagnosis of metastatic carcinomas in the lymph node by cytological examinations with fine-needle aspiration was accurate and easy to be carried out and could help to find out original focuses clinically.
