血小板活化因子与冠心病关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 血小板活化因子(platelet—activating factor,PAF)是一种内源性具有生物活性的磷脂,由中性粒细胞、血小板、肥大细胞、内皮细胞和巨噬细胞等分泌产生。近年来的研究发现,它具有广泛的生物活性,作为一种独特的细胞因子参与体内多种生理、病理过程,与心血管事件的发生有关。本文就PAF与冠心病的关系综述如下。
