基于烟厂除尘系统改造中电控与自控技术方案的设计

摘要 传统烟厂因其生产设备陈旧、工艺落后、污染大、能耗高急需加以改造。本文结合某烟厂除尘系统改造项目的实例,设计了一套行之有效的电控与自控系统。由于技术改造后的集中工艺风力系统运行效率高,且自动进行负荷调节,大大降低了系统电耗,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Traditional tobacco factorys needed to be reconstructed urgently for it's outdated installation, backward technology , high pollution and energy consumption. In this paper, we designed a effective electric and automatic control system with a example of dust - removal system reconstructing of tobacco factroy, because the high running efficiency of centralized air supplying system after the technology be reconstructed, and automatically adjust load, power consumption has been greatly reduced ,and achieved great economic and social benefits.
