Injection process can be analyzed before molding by using CAE technology , and can forecast he melt filling, packing, cooling, as well as the stress distribution, molecular and fiber orientation distribution, products such as shrinkage and warpage. It can facilitate the designers to identify problems as soon as possible, to amend parts and molds design, reduce costs and improve product quality.
