摘要
利用CAE技术(这里,利用Moldflow软件对注塑成形过程进行CAE分析)可以在模具加工前,在计算机上对整个注塑成形过程进行模拟分析,准确预测熔体的填充、保压、冷却情况,以及制品中的应力分布、分子和纤维取向分布、制品的收缩和翘曲变形等情况,以便设计者能尽早发现问题,及时修改制件和模具设计,降低成本,提高产品质量。CAE技术的应用取得了显著的经济效益。
Injection process can be analyzed before molding by using CAE technology , and can forecast he melt filling, packing, cooling, as well as the stress distribution, molecular and fiber orientation distribution, products such as shrinkage and warpage. It can facilitate the designers to identify problems as soon as possible, to amend parts and molds design, reduce costs and improve product quality. The use of CAE technology has made significant economic benefits.
