摘要
本文提出了一种省级邮政短信应用系统的解决方案,在传统邮政业务的基础上结合短信业务,借助信息化技术带动传统邮政,是"科技兴邮"的应用之一。
This article puts forward a solution of the provincial level post SMS application system, which combines traditional post services with modern SMS technology.The system is applied to help post step into the new information era.
