摘要
对9例成人变应性亚败血症临床表现做了简要分析,以发热、皮疹、关节症状与肌痛多见。因本症无特异性诊断方法,早期确诊困难,故误诊率较高(本组77.8％),对其误诊原因进行了初步探讨。
The clinical manifestations of 9 patients of allergic subacute septicemia are analized, the incorrect diagnosis rate for the disease being high ( 77.8％ ) because there is no specific diagnostic method. The causes for incorrect diagnosis are discussed.
