结核性脑膜炎急性期的脑电图改变(附61例分析)

EEG CHANGES OF TUBERCULOUS MENINGITIS IN ACUTE PERIOD ANALYSIS OF 61 CASES

分析61例结脑急性期的脑电图改变。正常范围脑电图24例(39.34%),异常脑电图37例(60.66%),其中边缘状态9例(14.75%),轻度异常8例(13.11%),中度异常15例(24.59%),重度异常5例(8.22%)异常脑电图的主要表现是弥漫性、持续性、散在性慢波和α波慢化。其异常率和异常程度与精神意识障碍呈正比关系,与颅内压增高不成正比。结脑急性期进行脑电图常规检查,有助于估价脑损伤的程度。

The EEG changes of 61 cases of tuberculous meningitis in the acuteperiod were analyzed.It was shown that the EEGs of 24 cases werenormal (39.34%) and those of 37 cases were abnormal (60.66%),thoseof 9 cases being in border state (14.75%),those of 8 cases being in mildabnormality(13.1%),those of 15 cases being in mediate abnormality(24.59%) and those of 5 caes being in severe abnormality (8.22%).The main manifestaions of abnormal EEGs were diffuse,persistent andsporadic slow waves.The rate and degree of abnormaltty were propor-tional to the disturbance of mental consciousness and were not proportionalto intracranial hypertension.Routine EEG examinations of tuberculousmeningitis in the acute period is extremely helpful to treatment andprognosis.
