先天性胆管囊肿(附13例报告)

THIRTEEN CASES OF BILIARY CYST

13例先天性胆管囊肿,男1例,女12例。年龄3～44岁。均有腹痛,三联征10例。误诊11例2l例次,造影、超声、CT 等综合检查可提高确诊率。手术治疗应据病人情况选择适当术式,条件允许应以囊肿切除、胆管空肠 Roux—Y 型吻合术为最佳术式,本组用该法治疗3例,效果良好。

Among the 13 cases of billiary cyst,there were 1 male and 12females,their ages varying from 3 to 44.All of them have stomachache10 of them had Charcot triad.There were 21 times of wrong diagnoses of11 cases.Such systemic examinations as radiography,ultrasonography andCT can increase diagnosis accuracy.Proper operative forms should bechosen according to the condition of patients.Conditions permitting,theremoval of cyst and cholangio-jejunostomy of the Roux-Y-type shouldbe the best operative forms.In this group,this method is applied intreating 3 cases with good effects.
