Impact of Competition Rule Change on Technical Development of Free Combat

运用文献资料法,对近年来散打竞赛规则的内容进行了对比研究。认为散打规则的变迁对于技术的发展具有重要的影响。尤其是1998年和2004年规则的变化对于散打技术体系具有较大影响。散打规则的改变对于散打技术结构体系和训练具有重要的导向作用。散打规则和散打技术的发展具有紧密的关系,是理论与实践检验的结合和发展。

Literature review is applied in this article to make a comparative study into the content of competition rules. It is maintained that the change of rules for free combat has great impact on the development of free combat techniques, especially the rule change in 1998 and 2004. The change of rules for free combat seriously impacts the technical structure and training of free combat. The rule and technique of free combat are closely related, which is proved in theory and practice.
