摘要
运用文献综述和逻辑分析法对极量强度运动与CP供能关系进行探讨:(1)在极量强度运动时对CP供能时间长短存在一定分歧:国内学者认为在一次极量强度运动时CP连续供能最长时间为6-8 s;美国运动生理学家FOX认为CP连续供能最长时间可超过20 s。(2)对极量强度运动时有氧供能、无氧酵解供能与CP供能的关系进行分析。(3)对极量强度运动CP供能问题提出新认识:一次短时极量强度运动后即刻,存在糖酵解代谢过程加强参与CP恢复的可能;多次间歇重复跑运动过程中CP反复分解与合成,糖酵解释放能量参与CP合成过程,仅靠有氧代谢难于完成;极量运动强度不同,运动后CP恢复机制存在差异,但CP的最终恢复还是有氧恢复。
Literature review and logical analysis are applied in this article to research the relationship between maximal intensity exercise and CP supply. It is pointed out that there are different ideas on the length of CP supply in maximal intensity exercise; domestic scholars maintain that the longest time for CP supply in one - time maximal intensity exercise is 6 to 8 hours, while American sports physiologist FOX believes the longest time can exceed 20 hours. This article analyzes the relationship between aerobic supply and glycolytic supply in maximal intensity exercise and CP supply. New understanding about CP supply in maximal intensity exercise is raised.
