急性鱼胆中毒并消化道大出血1例报告

Report of a Case of Emergent Poisoning and Haemorrhage of Digestive Tract after Eating the Gallbladder of a Fish

介绍１例因生食鱼胆引起急性中毒（胃肠及肝、肾功能损害）并消化道大出血患者的治疗过程。提出，对于急性鱼胆中毒，在治疗急性肾衰护肝的同时，应考虑有可能出现消化道出血。并予以预防。同时应广泛宣传生食鱼胆的危险性。

This paper reports the clinical symptoms and medical treatment process of a case of emergent poisoning after eating the unripe gallbladeler of a fish.Besides the treatment of emergent kidney exhaustion and liver impairment it is important to pay attention to the emergence of serious haemorrhage of digestive tract and prevent it.In the meantime,it must be made known the danger of eating the unripe gallbladder of fish.
