摘要
1995年以前,三钢高炉的利用系数长期在1.4~1.6之间徘徊。近几年来,由于重视精料工作,不但使烧结矿和焦炭的质量得到了提高,还通过配用球团矿,使高炉的炉料结构得到了优化;通过重新给高炉配置风机、改造喷煤系统、使用斜风口等措施,使高炉的强化冶炼得到落实。1998年上半年,各高炉的平均利用系数达到了2.748。
The productivity of blast furnaces of Sanming Iron & Steel Plant was 1.4-1.6 t/(m3·d) before 1995.During recent years,the quality of the sintering ore and the coke has been improved ;the burden structure has been optimized by using pelletized ore; high efficiency production has been achieved by adopting high power blower, modernizing PCI system, using inclined tuyeres. The productivity of the BFs reached 2. 748 t/(m3·d)during the first half year of 1998.
