摘要 宝钢3号高炉数学模拟系统包括热水平模拟模型、流场模拟模型、回旋区形态模型和可操作区模型,其中:热水平模拟模型能够校正操作数据,使其同时满足五种元素和热量收支平衡的要求;而流场模拟模型能够模拟复杂高炉操作条件下的气流分布规律,并为生产操作提供科学依据。 The mathematical simulation system for No.3 BF at Baoshan Steel Co. comprises Heat Level Simulation Model (HLSM), Flow Fields Simulation Model (FFSM), Raceway Geometry Model and Operational Areas Model. Of these models, the HLSM makes correction of operational data and makes them simultaneously meet the demand of input-and-output balance for five elements and energy. the FFSM is capable of simulating the gas flow patterns under complex operational conditions and presenting scientific bases for the determination of operational provisions.
