摘要
目的：观察显克欣（复方酮康唑乳膏）治疗伴有细菌感染的耳真菌的疗效。方法：局部彻底清洗外耳道，局部均匀涂抹复方酮康唑乳膏。结果：76例（85耳）患者治愈60耳，显效15耳，好转6耳，无效4耳，有效率95．3％。结论：局部涂抹复方酮康唑乳膏是治疗伴有细菌感染的耳真菌病的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy otomycosis with bacteria infection treated by Compound Ketoconazole Cream. METHODS：After washing out drastically external acoustic meatus with 3% H2 O2 ,daubed equably Compound Ketoconazole Cream on external acoustic meatus and tympantic membrane. RESULTS：In 76 cases （85ears） , cured in 60 ears, significantly improved in 15 ears, improved in 6 ears,no effect in 4 ears. CONCLUSION To daubed Compound Ketoconazole Cream is effective method to tread otomycosis with bacterial infection.
