摘要
在住房市场化的背景下,中国城市的社会空间正经历着复杂而深刻的变化,居住空间分异现象已经在多种地域尺度上存在。收入差距带来的社会分层是加速分异的主要原因,其直接后果是在社会空间上造成不同阶层的隔离和集聚。本文从廊坊市居住空间分异特征出发,阐述了城市居住空间分异的后果,并对廊坊市居住用地空间分异的根源进行探讨,并提出适当控制城市居住空间分异的建议。
The social spaces of China＇s cities is changing fast under the house marketization. Residential spatial differentiation has occurred in various geographic scales. The income gaps accelerated the social differentiation with a direct aftermath of separation and assemble between different classes. This paper, based on characters of spatial differentiation in Langfang city, expands the results of urban residential spatial differentiation, discusses the root causes, and presents some suggestions controlling the spatial differentiation.
